The Controller may collect, process and use the Users’ information provided through our Website.

The Users’ data shall be processed for the purpose of:
sending a newsletter or a free e-book by e-mail, if the User has agreed to receive commercial information or a free e-book in accordance with separate regulations (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR);

4. Personal data may be shared with entities that process the data on the Controller’s behalf, such as:
providers of the IT services and systems used by the Controller;
providers of accounting services;
providers of IT support services.
Personal data may be made available to entities that provide the User with delivery services with regard to the purchased product.

Personal data processed in order to:
perform the sales contract – shall be stored by the Controller for a period of 10 years of the sales contract date or until the statute of limitations on claims arising from that contract expires;
send the newsletter – shall be processed by the Controller until the data subject objects or withdraw their consent to receive commercial communications;
contact Users who have used the contact form – shall be processed by the Controller for a period of 3 years of the data collection date;
When processing personal data, the Controller may use the services of entities based in the USA. Consequently, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. The Controller declares that, if this is the case, it will only use the services of entities that joined the Privacy Shield programme and ensure an adequate level of data protection.
The data subject shall have the following rights:
the right to access to the personal data provided and the right to obtain a copy thereof;
the right to rectification of the personal data;
the right to erasure of the personal data (“right to be forgotten”);

10. In order to exercise any of the rights referred to above, the data subject shall contact the Controller.
11. The Controller shall ensure the protection of the personal data they process. In particular, the Controller shall apply appropriate technical safeguards and organisational measures to ensure the protection of personal data processed, appropriate to the risks and to the category of data protected. In particular, the Controller shall protect the data from being made available to unauthorised persons, from being taken by an unauthorised person, from being processed in breach of the Act, and from being altered, lost, damaged or destroyed.
12. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is a condition for entering into a sales contract, receiving a newsletter, receiving a free e-book or contacting the Controller.

The Controller informs that in accordance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Act, the consent of the end User to store information or to access information already stored in the end User’s telecommunications device may also be expressed by the User through software settings installed therein. temporary cookies, which are deleted once Users have finished using the Website (closing the page),
persistent cookies, which remain in the memory of the device for a limited period of time and are used every time Users access the Website.
